Ken Johnson
CEO
As CEO of Paramount Building Company, Ken Johnson’s primary duties focus on the wellbeing and overall success and growth of the company.
Ken’s tenure with Paramount Building Company began in 2014 as CFO. As time has progressed, Ken eventually became the principal owner of Paramount Building Company.
Ken uses his 40+ years of experience to manage the operations of Paramount Building Company, which strives to exceed industry standards by forming strong professional partnerships with their customers based on integrity, ingenuity and reliability.
Ken is a graduate of Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC, and a Charlotte resident of over 38 years.
Jackson Emerson
President
Born and raised in Rock Hill, SC, Jackson is a proud graduate of Clemson University. He holds a BS in Construction Science and Management, and has been with Paramount Building Company since 2011. Jackson brings 11+ years of professional experience to our team, and specializes in estimating.
When he’s not working, Jackson enjoys exploring the great outdoors, and spending time with his family.
Vincent Carducci
Senior Project Manager
Vincent was born and raised in the New York City suburbs, and graduated from college with an AAS in Engineering. He as over 43 years of building experience, and 27+ years experience in contracting and remodels. Vincent is experienced in managing and delivering beautiful, specialty residential construction projects.
Vincent is an avid motorcyclist, loves music, and traveling.
Jason Werner
Vice President
Jason has been a North Carolinian for over 30 years, and brings 26+ years of experience to our team. Jason’s construction portfolio includes heavy highway, industrial coatings, and a wide array of commercial and residential construction projects.
Jason graduated from NC State University and holds a BS in Construction Engineering and Management. In his time off, Jason loves spending time with his family, golfing, and college football.
